You are welcome to use SuperTest's products and services. Before you use our products and services (including the "App" or "Services" or "Products" or "We"), please read all of the following terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the current Products and Services, and if you do not agree (do not accept) this Agreement, or if you do not agree to at least one provision of this Agreement, you do not have the right and may not access, download, install or use the App, and you must immediately stop downloading, installing and removing (deleting) the App from any mobile device in your possession or control.
We fully respect your rights, but we reserve the right to make changes to all of the terms of this Agreement from time to time for any reason at our sole discretion. Because we may update this Agreement from time to time, and you agree to waive the right to receive notice of each change, it is your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement for changes to keep you informed. Regardless of any modifications to the Agreement, and whether or not you have reviewed the changed Agreement, you understand and agree to any revised Agreement and will be deemed to have knowledge of and accepted the revised changes to the Agreement, whether or not you continue to use our products and services.
You own the right to use the products and services provided by SuperTest, and you further understand and agree that you are not permitted to copy or modify or make unauthorized use of our products and services in any way, including, but not limited to, the code, trademarks or any other part of the Application, nor should you attempt to translate the Application into other languages or create derivative versions. That is, the products and services themselves and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property associated with them that you use remain the property of SuperTest.
You may only use our products and services if you are legally authorized to enter into and agree to all of these terms. You further understand and agree that any information, location, content, text, links, graphics, photos, audio, shared, displayed or provided by you in connection with our products and services, including personal information such as names, usernames, likenesses, personal characteristics, images and voices that you voluntarily provide (collectively, "Content ") are covered by these Terms, meaning that we retain the same rights to use that portion. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Although you create an account on SuperTest, we are not responsible for the security of this account, its content, etc. You are solely responsible for your account, i.e., you should set a strong and unique password, you should not share your login credentials with anyone else, and you should not use this account to engage in any illegal or unlawful activity.
You also understand and agree that we may decide at any time to discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the provision of our products and services or any features thereof, and that we may, in our sole discretion, continue to retain the rights to store the accounts and content you have created. We may also delete your account or content, refuse to share, or restrict access to our products and services or any features thereof and hide your content or suspend, terminate or withdraw your account for any reason in our sole discretion without liability to you and without notice.
The products and services offered by SuperTest are available to you on a free basis, which means that you can use the basic version of our features even without a subscription if you have downloaded our application. At the same time, in order to continue our products and services and to provide continuous updates and quality improvements, we offer premium versions, which you need to subscribe to in order to use our premium versions. By subscribing to the service, you understand and agree to be a subscriber for the duration of your choice. A complete description of the subscription plan and pricing can be found on the downloaded application page, and SuperTest reserves the right to modify the subscription fee, term, or create a new subscription at any time without notice to you.
If you require a paid subscription to our premium version, you can find a complete list of prices and pricing on the subscription page of the downloaded application. For different products and services, you may have the opportunity to try the premium version during the free trial period found on the subscription page, but the automatic renewal period will start automatically and regularly after the free trial period ends. Please note that unless you cancel your subscription 24 hours before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged. When you cancel your paid subscription, you can still continue to use the basic features we offer for free.
For different user needs, we offer different subscription options, which represent different subscription durations and prices. The prices of the different subscription options are described in the information section of the application page you download.
The subscription prices we offer are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified and may be adjusted in other countries outside of the United States in accordance with local policies. You understand and agree that we are not required to notify you in such cases. It is up to you to ensure that you have fully read all necessary information about the subscription plan and free trial period before paying for a subscription.
All subscriptions with free trial periods will be automatically renewed to paid subscriptions upon expiration. If our products and services offer a free trial period, any unused portion will be automatically forfeited when the user purchases a subscription (if applicable). We reserve the right to adjust, terminate or otherwise modify all subscription plans offered at any time.
Your subscription will automatically renew up to 24 hours before the end of the current subscription cycle. The auto-renew option can be turned off in your Apple or Google id account settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription cycle. All payments will be deducted from your Apple or Google id account at the time you confirm your purchase. Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the active subscription period. You should manage your subscription yourself, including suspending, upgrading, and terminating your subscription plan. Please note that you understand and agree that removing our application from your device does not invalidate your subscription.
You may be charged by your communications service provider for downloading or accessing our applications on your mobile or tablet device, so you should check the terms of your agreement with your carrier yourself. If you send a text message or make a voice call to your cell phone, you may be charged standard text messaging fees or other carrier fees. All of these charges are your responsibility. If you do not pay the bill associated with your cell phone or tablet device, then we assume that you have permission from the appropriate person before incurring any of these charges.
Before you can officially use SuperTest's products and services, or download our applications, you understand and agree that our applications must be downloaded, installed and accessed only if you are 18 years of age or older.
If you are considered a minor user in your jurisdiction, you must obtain approval from and be supervised by your parents or your guardian in order to use our products and services. Therefore, if you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you must first obtain the approval of and be supervised by a guardian before you can download, install or use our applications. By beginning to download, install or use our products and services, you and your guardian will have read and agreed to all of our terms and conditions.
Please note that if you are the parent or guardian of a minor, you must directly supervise any use of the App by your minor and we are not responsible for the consequences of such use.
All persons under the age of 13 are prohibited from downloading, installing or using any of our products and services, and if you are using them you should uninstall and discontinue use immediately.
Once you begin downloading, installing and using our products and services, you represent that you are over the age of 18 or under the supervision of your guardian and are fully capable of entering into all of the terms, conditions, obligations and representations contained in this Agreement and actually complying with them.
We fully respect and value your privacy rights, so we have developed a separate privacy policy so that you can understand how we use, store and process your personal information. If you would like to know how we do this, please review our Privacy Policy.
Please note that by continuing to use our products and services you understand and agree to all of the terms of our Privacy Policy and, in particular, that you agree to our treatment of your personal information. We reserve the right to change any part of this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. If you do not agree to any part of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using our products and services.
SuperTest fully respects the copyright of any third party, and it is our policy to terminate the accounts of any user who commits serious or alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that any content or other material offered by our products and services infringes your copyright, please send us a notice of copyright infringement ("DMCA" notice) at contact@SuperTest.vip.
In accordance with the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act ("DMCA") of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. ยง 512, a DMCA notice must include the following information:
We will respond to your formal email notification within 30 business days of receipt and make reasonable adjustments, such as permanently removing such content, within an appropriate time frame (not to exceed an additional 30 business days).
Please note that you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA if you knowingly and/or materially misrepresent material that infringes your copyright.
You understand and agree that any use of our products and services may be at your sole risk. we make no warranties of any kind, either directly or indirectly, as to the suitability, technical compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose of any services, content, products and materials provided under this agreement. we do not warrant that the content and functions we provide will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, that such defects will be corrected, or that the products and services provided or the servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
in no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products and services.
In no event shall we be liable for any loss of profits or revenue, even if we have been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. you hereby understand and agree that by downloading, installing or using our products and services, you understand and agree that we are not liable for the costs or damages of any private or governmental legal action arising out of your use of any application and its services in any country.
Our products and services may contain links to other websites of third parties on the Internet or services provided by them. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content of any such linked sites or applications (unless we are the provider of such sites or applications). We do not warrant or assume any liability for any content, effectiveness of the service, or damages arising therefrom.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible and liable for all risks arising out of your use of any third-party website or resource.
